Quran Class Refund Policy & Cancellation

The short version

There is no contract. Cancel anytime before your next billing date. If you are not happy with your classes, we refund you. We do not charge for classes we failed to deliver.

Free trial

Your first class is free. We do not take card details to book it, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing can be charged by accident.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance from the date you enrol. You will always know the amount before the first charge, and the price does not change without at least 30 days notice.

Cancelling

Email or WhatsApp admissions before your next billing date. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no requirement to give a reason. You keep any classes already paid for in the current month.

Refunds available

If you are not satisfied, tell us and we refund you. We do not ask you to justify it, and we do not make you speak to a retention team.

Months already used

We do not refund months already used. If we cancel classes on our side, or a teacher is repeatedly unavailable, we credit or refund those classes.

Missed classes

• Cancelled by you with notice: rescheduled at no cost where a slot is available.
• Genuine absence such as illness or a school event: a makeup class at no charge.
• No-show without notice: the class is counted as taken, because teachers are paid for reserved time.
• Cancelled by us for any reason: rescheduled or credited.

Pausing your plan

You can pause for travel, exams, Ramadan or any other reason. We pause billing rather than charge for classes you will not attend. Your regular slot is held for up to 30 days; beyond that we cannot guarantee the same time.

Price changes

Existing families get at least 30 days notice of any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
