Information we collect
When you book a class or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your time zone, and the name and age of the student. We only ask for what we need to set up and run your classes.
How we use it
We use your details to schedule classes, match you with a teacher, send class reminders and progress notes, and answer your questions. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.
We do not sell or share your data
Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own use. Only our admissions team and your teacher can see the details they need to teach you.
Payments
Payments are handled by trusted payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Classes and recordings
Classes run on Zoom or Google Meet. We only record a class if you ask us to, and recordings are shared only with the parent or adult student.
Children’s privacy
Children’s details are provided by a parent or guardian, and we only use them to run the child’s classes. A parent can ask to see or delete their child’s information at any time.
Cookies
Our website uses basic cookies so pages load properly and so we can see, in general terms, how visitors use the site. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time. Just email info@alkohiquranacademy.com and we will do it promptly.
