Every policy on this page comes down to a few promises we make to every family.

  • Your child is safe. Every teacher is ID verified, parents can sit in on any class, and recordings are available on request.
  • You are never locked in. No contract, cancel before your next billing date, and a refund if you are not happy.
  • The right teacher matters. Change teachers at any time, for any reason, free.
  • Your data stays yours. We never sell it, never store card numbers, and delete it when you ask.
  • Plain language. If anything here is unclear, message us any time and a real person will explain it.
