Quick answer

Are online Quran classes safe for kids?

Online Quran classes are safe when the academy verifies teacher identity, publishes a safeguarding policy, allows parents to observe any class and lets families change teachers freely. Ask any academy for these four things before enrolling. If they cannot show you all four in writing, keep looking.

Our commitments

Six rules we do not bend

Parents can join any class

No appointment, no notice, no awkwardness. It is your child and your home.

Recordings on request

Ask and we enable recording for your child’s classes. Recordings go only to the parent.

Every teacher is ID-verified

Government ID and background checks are completed before a teacher meets any student.

One named teacher

You always know exactly who is teaching your child. No anonymous rotating tutors.

Change teachers freely

If anything feels off, tell us. We move your child the same week, at no cost.

Written code of conduct

Every teacher signs it. It covers language, boundaries, contact and class conduct.

Teacher conduct

What our teachers are required to do

  • Teach only inside the academy platform, never on personal accounts
  • Never contact a student privately outside scheduled classes
  • Keep video on during class unless a parent requests otherwise
  • Never ask a student for personal details, photos or money
  • Report any concern to the Academic Director the same day
  • Keep correction gentle; shouting or shaming is grounds for dismissal

Breaching any of these ends a teacher’s contract with us immediately. There is no second warning for safeguarding.

Your data

What we do with your information

  • We collect only what is needed: name, contact, student age and level
  • Recordings are stored privately and shared only with the parent
  • We never sell or share family data with third parties
  • Payment is handled by the payment provider, we never store card numbers
  • You can ask us to delete your family’s data at any time
Quick answer

Who can see my child’s class?

Only the teacher, the student and anyone the parent invites. Classes are private one-on-one sessions, not group rooms other families can join.

If something goes wrong

How to raise a concern

1

Tell us immediately

Message us on WhatsApp, or email admissions. Any hour, any day.

2

We pause the class

The teacher is taken off your child’s schedule while we look into it.

3

We investigate

The Academic Director reviews class notes, recordings where available, and speaks to everyone involved.

4

We report back to you

In writing, with what we found and what we are doing about it.

5

We act

Retraining, removal from your child’s schedule, or termination of the teacher’s contract.

If you ever believe a child is at immediate risk, contact your local authorities first, then tell us.

For parents

How to keep any online class safe

Good advice whether you study with us or anywhere else.

Keep classes in a shared room

Not a bedroom with the door closed. It should feel like homework, not a private call.

Know your teacher’s name

If an academy will not tell you who is teaching your child, that is your answer.

No private contact

A teacher should never message your child on a personal number or social account.

Ask your child how class went

Every week. Children usually mention discomfort casually before they ever complain formally.
